The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the volume level of noise and sends an alert when exceeding the maximum limit set. By NoiseAlarm only measuring the sound pressure, it does not record any audio, video nor conversations, and offers 100% of privacy to the guests.
This system collaborates to make tourism more sustainable, If you do not adhere to these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as our relationship with our neighbors is of the utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.

Barcelona, Catalonia, SpainThis apartment is located in the La Nova Esquerra de l'Eixample neighborhood, one of the most fashionable in Barcelona, and surrounded by bars, restaurants, entertainment venues and shops, with wide opening hours.
The apartment is very well connected, one minute (100 m) from the red line metro stop (L1) "Rocafort" which is the second metro line that was built in Barcelona and therefore one of the main ones in the city.
It is two stops from Plaza Catalunya (or twenty minutes walk), Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, with its luxury shops, where you can stroll and visit the impressive modernist buildings such as Casa Lleó i Morera, Casa Amatller, the Casa Batlló or the famous Pedrera (both designed and built by the great and universal Gaudí, architect of the Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell).
And one metro stop from the Plaza de España, near the Las Arenas Shopping Center, and a Montjuïc mountain-park, with its cultural facilities (the Magic Fountain, the Spanish Village, museums such as the MNAC, the Fundació Miró and the CaixaForum) and sports facilities of the 1992 Olympic Games, or if you come for business, the Barcelona Fair.
Getting around
If you arrive by plane and use the Aerobús from terminal 1 or 2 of the airport you have very close, five minutes (400m), stops in both directions. You can also use the metro, orange line (L9) from the airport and with a single transfer at the metro stop "La Torrassa" you can get directly to the apartment, red line (L1) stop "Rocafort".
If you come by train, in the central station of "Sants Estació" you can take the metro green line (L3) and it is 3 stops with a transfer in the Plaza España of the apartment.
In addition, to get around, there are buses that go directly to the center (50, H12, etc.), to the port and beaches of Barcelona (D20). There is the red line metro stop (L1) stop "Rocafort y that connects longitudinally the entire city, located one minute (100m) from the apartment.
If you come by car, you have available a very affordable car park 50 meters away.

The place was se easy to find and the location was great for touring the city. House was clean and nice. Only bad thing was the smell of the apartment corridors and back of the building.
