Therefore, we have established clear policies that reflect our commitment to prioritizing the needs and concerns of our customers, even in unforeseen and challenging situations. If after 7 days before your arrival date, you are forced to cancel your reservation due to one of the following force majeure causes named in the list, you will be able to opt for an alternative flexible solution (this can be from obtaining a partial or full refund , a change of dates or a voucher) as long as the necessary evidence and documentation requested by the customer service team is presented. In this policy, the term "situation" is used to refer to circumstances that arise after the reservation, which could not be foreseen, and which prevent or legally prohibit the completion of the reservation. No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly non-smoking property.
The property is fitted with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this property as the property is located in a residential building/area.If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.

No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the property is located in a residential building/area.

There is a penalty of 200€ for smoking, partying and/or damage at the property.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.

There will be a fee of 15€ if we have to rearrange your check-in after having waited on the agreed time. Or for each hour that the agent waits for you, if we were not informed about the delays.

City Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona City Tax of 1,10€ per guest above 17 years of age per night, upon arrival to the apartment. To understand the calculations, 3 people staying for 3 nights is 9,9€ (3 x 3 X 1,10 = 9,9).

Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

Before leaving please:
• Take out the trash – do not forget to throw the garbage when doing the check-out, if not there is a penalty of 25€.
• Lock all windows and doors.
• Turn off the lights, AC and heating.
• Leave the keys inside the property when you leave. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a minimum charge of 200€ per key depending on the key.

A damage deposit of 500€ will be required. It will be paid by credit card. It will be refunded after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full once the accommodation has been checked.
