The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modernist design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kickback.
If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here!
The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away.
There is a beautiful room with a single bed. There is another room (study/office) with a single sofa bed. Freshen up in the luxurious bathroom - enjoy wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided!

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the volume level of noise and sends an alert when exceeding the maximum limit set. By NoiseAlarm only measuring the sound pressure, it does not record any audio, video nor conversations, and offers 100% of privacy to the guests.
This system collaborates to make tourism more sustainable, for more information visit www.roomonitor.com If you do not adhere to these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as our relationship with our neighbors is of the utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
City Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona City Tax of 6,05€ per guest above 17 years of age per night, before arrival to the apartment. To understand the calculations, 3 people staying for 3 nights is 54,45€ (6,05 x 3 X 3 = 54,45).
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

Getting around
If you use public transport for Barcelona, I recommend the unlimited travel card: Hello Barcelona Travel Card.
Hospital Clinic tube station is the nearest station to the property, just 5 minutes walk away. This connects you to central Barcelona, meaning you can get to iconic Barcelona sites such as La Pedrera or La Sagrada Familia in no time at all. Exploring Barcelona could hardly be easier!
Three easy ways to go from the airport to the apartment
1.- TAXI: It is the fastest and most convenient transportation. About € 40
2.- METRO: Take Line L9 and get off at Collblanc. Take the L5 and get off at Hospital Clínic. (Near the Muntaner street, 5 minutes walk). Price € 4.60
3.- AEROBÚS: Tickets can be purchased online; price € 5.90. The AIRPORT connects the Barcelona Airport (terminal 1 and terminal 2) to the city centre (Pl. Catalunya). It has departures every 5 minutes.
The route from the airport to Barcelona has a stop at La Pl. University (near Muntaner Street, 10 minutes walk). To go from Barcelona to the airport, take the Aerobus to the Pl. Catalonia.
