No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.
No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of 80€ will be applied.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Passport information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. We will therefore ask you to provide this information prior to your arrival.
For stays of 28 days or more the following rules will apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spent on utilities is 150 euros, which includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have 450 euros to spend for the whole period. If you spend more, you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged which will be calculated according to the length of your stay. For bookings of 1-3 months the deposit is 450 euros, for bookings of 3-6 months the deposit is 800 euros and for bookings of 6-11 months the deposit is 1 monthly rental. The deposit will be returned 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract must be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning which is NOT included in the price. The cost of each monthly cleaning is 60 euros and will be on a day of your choice, lasting 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our apartment is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you in the apartment.
