No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.

Getting around:
The area is well connected to the rest of the city due to the excellent Barcelona transport systems that comprises of both Metro, Busses and Trams. The Bus station is 7 minutes away from the apartment. Also, the metro station is a 7 min walk from the apartment, connects the line L3.
From the airport
If you travel to Barcelona by plane you can use the following description coming to the apartment. The fastest way to get to the apartment is by taxi, we can help you book one if needed. You can also come with the Airport shuttle bus to Place Esapana and after that with metro L3 to the station called Fontana. Then you are very close to the apartment, easy as that!

Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville, l’appartement est propre et bien rangé.
Si vous êtes plus de 4 voyageurs , le canapé lit n’est pas du tout confortable.
