How can I Make a Reservation with Stay Unique?
The first thing you must do is check the availability of our properties for the dates you are looking for. Then, apply relevant filters according to your needs: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Finally, choose the apartment that you like the most.
When you finish that process, all you have to do is relax while our team checks the details of your reservation, to authorize it. This can take up to a day. Next, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
Where Can I See the Address of the Apartment where I will be Staying?
When you make a reservation, the approximate address of the apartment is below the location tab. Once our team authorizes the reservation (this can take up to a day), you will receive the address in your confirmation email.
This email will have a link that will direct you to the website of ‘Your trip’, to provide more information about your stay.
Do Apartments have Wi-Fi, Linen Sets and Towels?
Yes, all apartments we manage have Wi-Fi, linen sets, and towels, so that you don’t need to worry about anything!
Do Properties Managed by Stay Unique Have House Rules?
We welcome everybody, but for some apartments, groups of people younger than 25 must have somebody older than 30 travelling with them for us to confirm the reservation.
Since all our properties are located in residential buildings, we don’t allow smoking or noise after 9 pm either.
Other rules are subject to every building at a particular level.
Are Parties or Events Allowed in the Apartments?
No, parties or events are strictly forbidden in the apartments. This includes bachelor parties.
Are Pets Allowed in Stay Unique’s Homes?
No, pets are not allowed in the homes we manage.
Are Cots and Baby Chairs Included in the Home if I am Travelling with a Baby?
Yes, cots can be provided to all our apartments. It’s important to let a member of the staff know after the reservation so that the cot is prepared at your arrival. They are provided at no cost.
Is there a Cleaning Fee Included in the Price?
Yes, the cleaning service is included in the price, so the apartment will be spotless before entering and at the end of your stay.
If you wish an additional set of towels and bed linen, you can buy them in the ‘Extras’ section once you have booked.
If I Need Help Getting from the Airport to the Property, is there Someone Who Can Help Me?
Yes, in the description of each property there is information on how to get there by public transport. We also provide a taxi service as this is probably the easiest way to get to the property. Write to our guest service to get more details about the taxi service.
Will I Have to Pay a Deposit when Booking with Stay Unique?
Yes, some homes require a deposit. This will be clearly informed to you before checking in to the property.
You will not see the deposit withdrawn from your account; it will only be 'locked'. It will be released after 7 days.
How much do I Have to Pay to Secure a Reservation?
You have to pay an advance (20% of the total) to secure the reservation.
What Payment Methods can I Use?
We accept Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards. We do not accept American Express cards.
Does the Final Price Include VAT, Taxes and Extra Costs?
No. The final price includes VAT but does not include all taxes.
The local tax is a legal requirement that all tourists must pay when visiting a destination. The price varies depending on the destination, but in general, it is around €2 per person.
Where do I Get the Keys of the Property in which I am Going to Stay?
We have two options for you to get the keys to the property: one is through our agents; the other ones is through an automatic check-in.
- Agent: One of our friendly check-in agents will meet you at the agreed meeting point and at a time that is most convenient for you. Then they will guide you to the apartment and show you around. Next, they will give you 2 sets of keys for the home.
- Automatic: If your property has automatic check-in, you will be sent a link to open the main door of the building and also the door of the apartment. This will work from 3 pm of the day of check-in until 11 am of the day of check-out. Once you enter the apartment, there will be 2 sets of keys on the dining room table for you to use during your stay.
What should I do if I Arrive Late?
In case you arrive late at your destination, get in touch with us as soon as you know about the delay. Our check-in agents can wait up to a maximum of 15 minutes, as they have to reach other guests. In all cases, please let us know when you are within an hour of the property.
If your apartment has automatic check-in, there will be no problem since your link will work from 3 pm of the day of check-in until 11 am of the day of check-out.
Please note that there is a charge for late check-ins. If you arrive after 9 pm, the fee is €20. After 12 am, the fee is €50. This will not apply if you have booked a home with automatic check-in.
What Happens if I Arrive Before my Check-in Time?
In case you arrive earlier at your destination, we can provide you with locations of different places to store your luggage, since the apartment will not be available. Then, at the correct time, you will be able to check-in.
Luggage storage places will also be available on the day of departure.

In the first place, we introduce ourselves to the neighbours. We listen to their requests, and we become their main contact regarding to the property in question. Then, we can adjust the home rules, if necessary, in order to adapt them to the neighbours’ and building wellbeing.
How Easy Is It to Get Started with Stay Unique?
Start working with us only consists of three easy steps that can be completed in just one week.
1. We agree on the details, and we make a customized contract.
2. We take care of the redecoration (if necessary) and of professionally photographing the apartment.
3. We upload the property in the main booking platforms and start managing it.
Is there Anything I Should Have Regarding My Property?
All you need is a tourist license! If there is anything else you need, we will work it out at Stay Unique so that you free yourself from worrying.
If My Property Does not Have a Tourist License, What Can Be Done?
We can rent your home for temporary stays, which can range from 32 days up to 11 months and is perfect for teleworkers or business trips.
How Do I Know if My Home Is the Right Property for Stay Unique?
If you really care for your house and treat it as your second home, then, it's perfect for Stay Unique! As long as the home has a good location and quality (with or without tourist license), you can write us to ask for advice. For those areas where we do not provide a comprehensive service, we offer online management.
In Which Platforms Does Stay Unique List My Property?
We will list your property in a variety of booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia Collects, HomeAway, and in our own website too.
What Happens if I Want to Use My Apartment for Myself?
That’s perfectly possible! It’s best to let us know as soon as possible in order to close the dates in the calendar and avoid guests booking in that period.
What Belongings May I Leave in My Apartment?
You can leave any belonging you think will help to decorate your apartment and make it even better!
How Do Guests Book My Property?
Guests may book your home through many platforms, such us Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia Collects, HomeAway, and in our own website too.
Do Guests Pay a Cleaning Fee?
Yes, we add the cleaning fee to the final price.
What Happens if There Is an Emergency?
We have staff working 24/7 and we work with a maintenance company that is available 7 days a week. Guests may contact us through our emergency number.
Can Stay Unique Take Control of All the Rental Process of My Property?
Yes, from the moment you give us the keys of your property you will not need to worry. We will take care of everything for you!
Does My Apartment Need to Be of a Certain Quality?
Yes, the apartment needs to meet Stay Unique’s quality standard to guarantee that it will provide a great experience to guests, that it will receive great reviews, and that it will maximize the generated earnings. If it’s not up to our standards, we can offer a redecoration service depending on the signed contract.
Is It Possible to Use My Own Maintenance and Redecoration Team for My Own Apartment?
