How can I Make a Reservation with Stay Unique?

The first thing you must do is check the availability of our properties for the dates you are looking for. Then, apply relevant filters according to your needs: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Finally, choose the apartment that you like the most.
When you finish that process, all you have to do is relax while our team checks the details of your reservation, to authorize it. This can take up to a day. Next, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

Where Can I See the Address of the Apartment where I will be Staying?

When you make a reservation, the approximate address of the apartment is below the location tab. Once our team authorizes the reservation (this can take up to a day), you will receive the address in your confirmation email.
This email will have a link that will direct you to the website of ‘Your trip’, to provide more information about your stay.

Do Apartments have Wi-Fi, Linen Sets and Towels?

Yes, all the apartments we manage have Wi-Fi, bed linen (depending on the number of beds), and towels, so you don't have to worry about a thing!

Do Properties Managed by Stay Unique Have House Rules?

We only accept guests 25 years and older. We do not allow smoking or noise after 9:00 PM, as all our properties are located in residential buildings.
Other rules apply to each individual property.

Are Parties or Events Allowed in the Apartments?

No, parties or events are strictly forbidden in the apartments. This includes bachelor parties.

Are Pets Allowed in Stay Unique’s Homes?

We only accept pets at select properties. Please inquire in advance for this information.

Are Cots and Baby Chairs Included in the Home if I am Travelling with a Baby?

Yes, cribs can be provided; high chairs are subject to availability. It's important to let a staff member know once you've booked so they can be ready for your arrival. They are provided free of charge.

Is there a Cleaning Fee Included in the Price?

Yes, cleaning service is included in the price, so the apartment will be spotless before you arrive and at the end of your stay.
This service is not provided during your stay unless requested and is subject to an additional charge according to the property.
If you would like an additional set of towels and bed linen, you can purchase them in the "extras" section after booking.

If I Need Help Getting from the Airport to the Property, is there Someone Who Can Help Me?

Yes, in the description of each property there is information on how to get there by public transport. We also provide a taxi service as this is probably the easiest way to get to the property. Write to our guest service to get more details about the taxi service.

Will I Have to Pay a Deposit when Booking with Stay Unique?

Yes, some homes require a deposit. This will be clearly informed to you before checking in to the property.
You will not see the deposit withdrawn from your account; it will only be 'locked'. It will be released after 7 days.

How much do I Have to Pay to Secure a Reservation?

You have to pay the total rent (city tax included, if applicable) to secure the reservation.

What Payment Methods can I Use?

We accept Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards. We do not accept American Express or cash.

Where do I Get the Keys of the Property in which I am Going to Stay?

We have two options for you to access the property keys: one is through our agents, and the other is through self-check-in.
- Agent: One of our friendly check-in agents will greet you at the agreed-upon meeting point and at a time convenient for you. They will then escort you to the apartment and show you around. You will then be given your set of keys.
- Automatic: If your property has self-check-in, you will be sent a link to open the main door of the building and also the door to the apartment.
This will operate from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in until 11:00 AM on the day of check-out.
Once you enter the apartment, your set of keys will be on the dining room table for you to use during your stay.

What should I do if I Arrive Late?

If you are arriving late to your destination, please contact us as soon as you are aware of the delay. Our check-in agents can wait a maximum of 15 minutes, as they need to reach other guests. In all cases, please notify us when you are within an hour of the property.
Please note that there is a fee for late check-ins. For properties in Barcelona, ​​if you arrive after 9:00 PM, the fee is €20. And after midnight, the fee is €50. This will not apply if you have booked a property with self-check-in.
For properties in Málaga or outside Barcelona, ​​if you arrive after 9:00 PM, the fee is €50.
*If your apartment has self-check-in, there will be no problem, as your connection will operate from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in until 11:00 AM. from the day of check-out.

What Happens if I Arrive Before my Check-in Time?

In case you arrive earlier at your destination, we can provide you with locations of different places to store your luggage, since the apartment will not be available. Then, at the correct time, you will be able to check-in.
Luggage storage places will also be available on the day of departure.

What is Stay Unique's Cancellation Policy?

If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your arrival date, you can request a full refund.
After this period, no refunds apply, except in cases of force majeure.
Force Majeure Policy:
At Stay U-nique, we understand that unforeseen events beyond your control may arise. Therefore, if you must cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival for any of the following justified reasons, you can request a flexible alternative solution, which could include:
- Partial or full refund
- Voucher
- Change of dates
This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will require the presentation of proof or documentation requested by our customer service team.
Situations considered force majeure include:
- War conflicts or military actions in your home country
- Illness
- Officially declared emergencies or pandemics
- Death

Is there Anything I Should Have Regarding My Property?

We can rent your home for temporary stays, which can range from 32 days up to 11 months and is perfect for teleworkers or business trips.

How Do I Know if My Home Is the Right Property for Stay Unique?
