Therefore, we have established clear policies that reflect our commitment to prioritizing the needs and concerns of our customers, even in unforeseen and challenging situations. If after 7 days before your arrival date, you are forced to cancel your reservation due to one of the following force majeure causes named in the list, you will be able to opt for an alternative flexible solution (this can be from obtaining a partial or full refund , a change of dates or a voucher) as long as the necessary evidence and documentation requested by the customer service team is presented. In this policy, the term "situation" is used to refer to circumstances that arise after the reservation, which could not be foreseen, and which prevent or legally prohibit the completion of the reservation. In accordance with Community rules, and seeking good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your party must be over 40 years old to stay in this apartment.

No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.

Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

The damage deposit of €300 will be released 24-48 hours after departure, unless we have been notified of potential property damage, in which case we reserve the right to retain the deposit until an investigation into Property Damage has been completed. Please kindly note that although the refund will typically show in your account after 3-5 days, this is dependent on your banking provider and can take up to 10 working days. Also,please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method. We also give you the option to purchase a €25 Damage Waiver non-refundable fee in relation to your booking that covers the cost of making good any unintentional loss or damage to the selected property up to the stated amount. Criminal, malicious or wilful damage, and damage caused by pets, will not be covered by the Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
