The apartment is in a fabulous location in Barcelona, near the old town and La Ramblas. There is so much that is walkable and accessible from the apartment. It had plenty of space for me and it was clean and cozy with character and nice furniture. There is a slight learning curve to using your phone as keys and unlocking both doors and at first it took me a few tries to figure it out. But the instructions are pretty detailed with photos so it was not a big deal. My only issue was that a few times my phone was almost dead when I was returning home and there is no way to get in without your phone. But that is more on me not having a charger and not necessarily on the host. Still, understand that there are no physical keys so if you run out of power you will be locked out until you can get your phone charged again. I would stay at this lovely home in such a fabulous location again. There were also many basics like coffee, soap, shampoo, full kitchen... anything you would need

Logement agréable, proche des bus, métros et d'autres principaux points d'intérêt à pied.

Un lugar muy céntrico, se puede llegar a muchos lugares caminando.

dans l'ensemble logement correcte correspondant aux photos. ils ont mis un lit bebe ce qui etait bien apprecié. endroit calme, notre logement était au 4 ème étage et intérieure calme. en revanche le logement meriterat un gros coup de nettoyage en profondeur. beaucoup de poussière globalement, dans la salle de bain la cabine de douche mériterait d'etre revue, elle paraît pas entretenue.m et forte odeur de peinture dans l'appartement.

Appartement correspondant aux photos et commentaires affichés. Un bémol sur la literie en deçà du reste de l'équipement de l'appartement, et l'absence de clés qui, pour des utilisateurs peu avisés sur le fonctionnalité du portable, a nécessité une aide méticuleuse de notre hôte, justement par téléphone, puisque nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité de le rencontrer. Après cette surprise, il faut reconnaître que ce système sans clés fonctionne parfaitement. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

This is a great apartment, easily accessible to La Rambla, Gotico and the Port. Drassanes metro line is just a few blocks away. The apartment is up 4 steep flights of stairs, but there is a elevator so makes it easy to bring in your luggage. The self-check in process was easy, and the Stay U-Nique team are very responsive to messages in the app. I would definitely recommend this place for those visiting Barcelona for a few days looking to explore.
