Noisy street.
very soft sofá - I like It
we didnt find how to turn conditioner on.
comfortable table and chairs.
Short bed ~180m, but wide.
Strong wifi
It was very close to my work and to Carrefour and Decathlon/AiCampo also.
Very good region.

Estava tudo ótimo com o apartamento, fica localizado em uma avenida principal bem próximo dos pontos de metro, ônibus e trem. Conseguimos até lavar algumas roupas, tinha até sabão, grampos, xampoo, secador de cabelo e ferro de passar. Tudo que um viajante precisa! Também tinha um cafezinho! E de quebra ainda recebemos um presente de aniversário. Amamos a estadia.

Great place to stay at calm neighbourhood of Sant Marti.
The place was as described, internet connection was great. Well equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and friendly.

This is a good place for short stays, it looks bigger in the pictures than it actually is. The place is overall good, I would recommended it, it was clean and was enough for the time I was there. Aspects to improve would be to have drawers or hangers in the room closet, the closets were not very useful because it didn't have enough things in there. The bathroom is also missing things to hang the towels.
I was delayed the entry because of cleaning, so I had to leave baggage in the room while the cleaning finished and had to go around. When I asked a bit of time to checkout I was denied the time because they needed to clean, I think it makes sense, but didn't match the treatment at arrival.

Pros:. Good location, mercado downstairs,. Supermercado 1/2 block away,
Tram , train and walkable..
Accurate description,
Great communication,
Hot water,. Ac... Takes a minute to start.
Bathroom,
Dishes and appliances.
Cons:. Washer is missing a piece .. be careful. /Maintenance is aware . thankful for response (pro)
Sofa could use an update.
No real view of water or downtown.
Update linens. And add some fresh towel.

Pros:
Check-in and check-out were very smooth.
The neighbors in the building were also silent and respectful. It had an elevator to which unauthorized people had no access, so it was a reasonably safe place.
Cons:
They cleaned the grounds well. However, I have a few words on the condition of the house.
The sofa was broken and smelly; I couldn't sit on it.
Bedroom floors were making noise when you turned in the bed at night.
The washing machine was not operating.
The oven was dirty.
The sheets were clean, but the decorative pillows and blankets needed to be cleaned.
I stayed for eight days, and my overall experience was OK. They have met the fundamentals but need more investment in five star guest experience.

Excellent location in walking distance to everything in the neighborhood. The balcony was particularly nice.
