Marías place was great. Amazing location, great for a long weekend in Barcelona with friends

The apartment is in a great area, it is just like it is described. We found it clean and cozy. We had a problem with the hot water during the stay (the boiler broke), they fixed as soon as possible and they offered us a discount. They were rapid on the answers when asked. The self check in is useful but you necessary need your phone to access and the procedure is not very easy (the link is not easy to find). I think that the apartment is perfect if everything goes right. At the end the stay was fine but the agency that manages the flat has not the attention to the details that you aspect from professionals (for example the bathroom was left dirty after the boiler repair or they didn’t update us about the repair if not directly asked).

This place is great, very comfortable beds, calm neighbourhood, close to small stores, and close enough to main the main attractions of Barcelona.

We absolutely adored our stay in Gracia neighborhood - this is the place to be! As a family the space was perfect. We liked the balcony, the bright space and having a kitchen. The space is very clean, but a little sparse (no art on the walls, etc). Because this apartment and the others in the building are managed by a housing company, everything feels a bit less personal, which is just fine but good to know ahead of time. The managers gave us good instructions on accessing the building and keyless entry. We had an issue with our electricity during our stay and the staff were totally on top of it and super communicative. Really appreciated that. I wish they had been a little more flexible about check in time but overall it was a nice stay. Note that the street is loud on weekends so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper! Or better yet, stay out late with all the locals! :)

Fantastic charming location. Perfect for 3-5 to stay comfortably.

Well located, neighbourhood is full of interesting restaurants and shops. Very clean and tidy. There was only a slight damp smell but only noticeable when we arrived. Barcelona is a very smelly city anyway but is still my favourite!
