Neigbourhood
This apartment is located in the center of the Rambla de Catalunya, in the center of the Eixample. Rambla de Catalunya is full of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The street behind the construction is the famous Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona's largest shopping street, and also home to many famous Modernist buildings, such as Casa Milà and Casa Battló (actually you can see the back of the Casa Battló of the house). The central square of Plaça de Catalunya is just down the street, and also marks the place where the Gothic Quarters start.
How to Move:
As this apartment is more or less right in the center of the city, it has a multitude of metro and bus options, as most places of interest can be reached on foot.
To get from the airport, the easiests is to take the Airport bus (Aerobus) to Plaça Catalunya and walk from there.

Très bel appartement lumineux, très bien placé pour se balader dans le centre-ville et pour prendre les transports en commun.
Appartement parfait pour 2 personnes (surement un peu petit pour 4 personnes).
La salle de bains mériterait un rafraichissement. L'insonorisation entre les appartements n'est pas terrible vu que l'immeuble n'est pas récent.
Bonne boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble.
Communication très fluide et rapide avec Stay Unique. Un soucis d'éclairage a été réglé dans la journée.
Petit cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié.
Arrivée autonome très pratique. Nous recommandons avec plaisir ce logement.

This apartment can be recommended for anyone who wants to Stay With 2 people (the bed for the Third Person (Sofa) is Not comfortable)

Great, central location. My husband and I were able to easily walk to everything. You’re definitely paying for the benefit of the location vs the apartments amenities. It’s an older building and bare bones apartment.
We didn’t have any trouble sleeping through the noise, but as other reviews noted, you can hear people in adjacent units/the Casa across the way, so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise.

Ubicación perfecta. Hubieron algunos temas por solucionar pero tuve la respuesta correcta e inmediata.
El departamento es de tamaño justo para dos personas.
En cuanto al estado general, se lo ve demasiado desgastado, creo que necesita ser renovado en ciertos sectores. Igual es súper habitable.

La ubicación es ideal. A media cuadra de todo. Super bien comunicado. El departamento esta bien equipado. Ideal para dos personas. Si son mas y abren el sofa cama queda poco espacio para estar.

The costing company is very welcome and responds quickly to all your messages. Electronic check-in was very useful, and we were provided with it at a flexible time. The property was in a perfect state with all the necessary equipment. I like that it was not any invasion of the property from the host during our stay - our privacy was valued. I can point to the comfortable location in the city part of Barcelona with easy access to public transport.
I highly recommend this host.
