the neighbourhood
The Eixample area surrounds the Sagrada Familia neighborhood and is characterized by the enigmatic perfect "grid" when seen from above. (Google it! It looks beautiful on photos). Eixample is mainly a normal residential area, meaning you will be experiencing the live of locals with authentic restaurants and shops.
Getting around
The area is well connected to the rest of the city due to the excellent Barcelona transport systems that comprises of both Metro, Busses and Trams. The Bus station is a minute away from the apartment and connects the bus lines: 19, 33, 34, D50, H40, N1, N7 Also, the metro station is 5 min walk from the apartment, connecting the line L2 and L5.
If you travel to Barcelona by plane you can use the following description coming to the apartment. The fastest way to get to the apartment is by taxi, we can help you book one if needed. You can also come with the Airport shuttle bus to Place Catalunya by metro. Then you are very close to the apartment, easy as that!

Just a few minutes away from La Sagrada Familia and trains, this location felt accessible and safe. I had no issues getting to places or coming back.

Great position near to the metro and 3 minutes by walk to sagrada familia…clean apartment exactly like the photos….the only thing that I can say as a woman was the pressure of water on the shower it wasn’t hard enough.Cami was on time and very friendly…thank you for everything if I come again I will choose the same apartment ☺️☺️

Lo mejor: la ubicación de la casa, tiene la Sagrada Familia a 2 cuadras, y está muy bien comunicada por transporte público con el resto de la ciudad. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares, también supermercados cerca (Mercadona, día, opencor). La casa es muy cómoda. Tiene bastante luz en la zona del salón y la habitación principal. Fui con una niña de 2 años y estuvo muy bien la estadía. Al ser un piso interior, no hay ruido y se duerme bien.
Quizás eché de menos que la cocina estuviese mejor equipada, entiendo que no es un piso para ir a cocinar ahí con toda la oferta que hay a los alrededores, pero con una niña de 2 años, es complicado comer siempre en la calle para ella.
Barcelona es una ciudad maravillosa y siempre es un acierto ir a visitarla.

We hebben erg genoten van de stad, maar zeker ook van het mooie en luxe appartement. Het was in een mooie stijl ingericht en het zag er ook allemaal schoon en netjes uit.
Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is mooi gelegen in de buurt van de Sagrada Familia. Dus overal dichtbij. Ook de metro was op korte loopafstand.

We had a great time staying at this apartment. Close to everything! The management team was excellent, very good communication, and customer service. It was my mother birthday weekend and they even got her a gift!

Good location. 5 min walk to Sagrada Famillia.
Insufficient coffee captures provided for five of us, 4-night stay. No laundry washing power/liquid provided?
The dinning area was small and the chairs are not comfortable, otherwise all good.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Wohnung als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und einem befreundeten Paar. Die Wohnung war hübsch, es hatte alles und sie war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist top, sehr gut angeschlossen und mit vielen guten Restaurants / Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, schnell und unkompliziert. Leider funktionierte die digitale Türöffnung nicht sofort. Und drei Kaffekapseln fand ich etwas spärlich, ich würde ein anderes Kaffe-System bevorzugen (Bialetti z.B.). Abgesehen davon war es ein top Erlebnis und wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.
