The place was clean and nice, ac work perfect, 2 bathrooms is always nice, kitchen was perfect. and the rooftop was amaziiinngggggg, perfect por a nice relaxing time after a full day. and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Departamento amplio, en una muy buena ubicación. Gran terraza en azotea. Limpieza impecable, camas cómodas, comunicación fluida con el anfitrión.

The apartment was a great base for us for a week in Barcelona. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 older children/teenagers to relax. It was clean and had everything needed for cooking and so on. We loved the roof terrace. Great location just by a metro station and with loads of bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep. Lucky bar was great for cheap drinks, paella and tapas. The agency was very communicative and responded straight away when I had questions, even on a public holiday.

Although this wasn’t our original booking due to an unforeseen water leak, Stay U-nique quickly offered us this alternative apartment. It wasn’t in the Gothic Quarter that we had made all our plans but turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the new apartment was in a pleasant neighborhood with very good Metro and bus connections nearby. There were supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. Sabrina checked us in, and she was friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was spacious, and comfortable. There were 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a second WC made it more convenient for our family. The 2nd bedroom has a lockable glass door that opens into a balcony in the internal void for ventilation purposes - some may not like it but my grown sons were ok and kept it shut. There is also a spiral staircase in the apartment to the rooftop which had some very nice views.
Overall, we had a great stay in Barcelona and would highly recommend Stay U-nique and this apartment.
