Excellent location in walking distance to everything in the neighborhood. The balcony was particularly nice.

El apartamento es muy lindo, tiene todo que se necesita y una vista preciosa. Esta muy cerca de la playa y la cuidad. Estuve dos semanas durmiendo muy bien porque es muy tranquilo y cómodo. La comunicación con Stay U-Nique fue muy buena y atenta. Gracias! El wifi, la cocina y el baño funcionan muy bien. Les recomiendo este apartamento!

connection to public transport is perfect, the distance to the beach is really great. the apartment is bright, clean, and really comfortable! we had such a great time. The only thing to mention is the noisy street in front of the balcony but for people like us who don't care about that, it is not a problem at all. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place for business traveller.

The apartment is PERFECT ! (there is no other way to describe it) We used to sit on the balcony at night and have a cup of wine, it is very romantic The kitchen is well equipped with everything, coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, fridge, cutting board, winged corkscrew, you name it, it's there There is a washer machine in the apartment and ironing board and iron Central A/C freezing cold. The Staff is PERFECT ! STAY U-NIQUE the company that manages the apartment just could not be more helpful. ANYTHING we needed after we were installed in the apartment, they were very fast to provide it. I mean in, a matter of minutes we would have our needs fulfilled. One message is all it takes and they will respond and send you what the apartment needs. And listen to this, they were so kind they shipped to me one item I left in the apartment when I left in a rush at 3am to the airport. This really is taking EXCELLENT care of your customers Great location ! Condis Life Grocery Store 1 minute away (also search for "Mercadona" stores, there is one about 6 blocks behind the apartment, ask around, people will tell you where it is), about 15 min walk to the beach, metro stop three blocks away and the TRAM within an arm's reach ! Surrounded by places where to eat in an emergency or if you just dont want to cook. It only takes 20 minutes to go to Plaza Catalunya by metro (In Houston you drive 20 minutes and you get nowhere LOL) Once there walk "La Rambla" to "Monumento a Colon" visit the aquarium and come back by bus No. 14 Going to La Sagrada Familia by bus No. 7 is another 20 - 30 min. We booked the apartment for two weeks and used public transport to go everywhere, really this unit is located in the best place in Barcelona Some friends of my girlfriend sent to her links to other units. I did a search myself and found this one, she wasnt very happy with me, but a few days into our stay, she said to me "You picked the best apartment" (you know what they say: Happy wife . . . . ) Im telling you, stop scrolling and book this unit before somebody else takes it from you. The unit is worth every single penny and STAY U-NIQUE is the best company. In the future I will only book from them and you should too. Thanks STAY U-NIQUE !
