My family and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in December. We liked everything, we found what we needed, it was possible to cook perfectly, it was not cold. The apartment has air conditioning, so heating is possible. I would like to point out that there was not enough hot water if two people took a shower one after the other, but after a while the water warmed up again.
The location of the apartment is very good, you can walk everywhere to the main objects of the city. Near the apartment there is a bus stop to the airport. The street where the apartment is located is quite busy, you can hear noise in the evenings, but it didn't bother us.
Professional host communication.
I recommend staying here when you come to Barcelona!

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The location is great and super close to every main attraction so didn’t even need public transport. Very clean and comfortable with an interesting view of a very graphic main road. The only con is that if you’re looking for a quiet apartment this is not an option as the location is super central so it gets noisy from the first light of the day till late at night.

I’d like to start by saying that it was a cute cozy apartment. In a great location close to everything including the metro. A bit hard to find so it would have been great to know that it’s right next to a souvenir shop which kinda hides the door entrance. the water heater needs some work. It takes about 10min for the water to heat up but the last day we were there we had no hot water and it was too cold to take a shower so early in the morning. We actually let it run for almost 30min with no luck so we gave up.
The freezer needed to be defrosted. They had a water filter container so that was nice.
On the Information plastic cover on the table it says there’s a safe in the apartment but we didn’t see one anywhere inside the apartment.
The flooring in the bedroom looks unfinished and it’s very rough stepping on it barefooted.
The bathroom it’s super small. A heavy wide person would not fit.
If all you need it for is to just sleep than it’s a good overall stay but not for long term stays. The communication is great and the host was very nice when he met us to get the keys and to make sure the place was in good working order.

Pros- this place has a great location and offers excellent people watching from the first floor balcony. The kitchen was fully set up with dishes and a full fridge and we used the sitting area every day. Prime location for walking to great places. We also loved using the washing machine.
Less good- For us, the bed was a bit small and low to the ground. We kept knocking over the lights, so we slept uneasy and we were nibbled by mosquitos every night (late September) inside even with the ac on. The bathroom is tiny and both shoulders touch the wall when you sit (but you can brush your teeth in the kitchen!)
Net- If you’re a couple and ok with a few rough edges then this is a perfect location. But if you’re looking for the ritz- this isn’t it and you’ll be disappointed.

Great location for a city break, nice size apartment for 2 people. The shower leaks so had to use one of the towels to dry the floor and the washing machine leaked leaving the floor wet after being on for 30 minutes. The amenities list an iron but this was locked away in the cupboard at the entrance and none of the keys worked. The doors to the balcony stuck when trying to open and could use with some TLC as very loud to open and close despite the noise alarm. The agents are very responsive and lovely when you first get to the apartment.
