This is a lovely home in a quiet part of El Mas Mel. It feels more like a home than a holiday apartment. It took us only 20 minutes or so to walk to the beach and then a further 10 to stroll into Calafell or Segur-Calafell for something to eat or drink in the evenings. We enjoyed being able to hike a few trails into the hills right behind the residential estate, just a minute or two from the house. Really nice accommodation; we were very happy all round.

Hemos disfrutado de la casa, es un lugar al que podríamos volver.
Es importante decir que la casa tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y las dos habitaciones superiores. En las dos de abajo no hay aire, aunque son habitaciones bastante frescas. Hay un ventilador en cada una de ellas.
Tuvimos un problema con una puerta de un baño y el anfitrión envió a repararla en 24h. Actuó rápido, cosa que se agradece.
En cuanto a la limpieza, en general era correcta, aunque podría haber sido mejor.
Al ir con niños pequeños bajábamos a la playa en coche. Se llega enseguida y hay mucho aparcamiento libre.

Hemos estado genial, el porche y la piscina nos han dado muchisimo juego.
En las 2 habitaciones de abajo no habia aire acondicionado, pero en el resto de las estancias si.

Tout s est bien passé , la maison est très tranquille et le quartier aussi
On s est rafraîchi dans la piscine c était top pour se reposer
Un seul bémol au départ l accueil parait froid par mail alors que l accueil est chaleureux

Great villa - well equipped, clean and we had a lovely time. Good supermarket nearby and about 20 minutes walk to the beach.

We stayed 8 people for the week in the apartment. Everything was perfect, all furnitures were brandly new, comfortable beds, pool was clean. I really recommend this villa. Had some miscommunication with the host regarding check-in, but host arrived in 30min, maybe it was my mistake that I informed host about arriving in the airbnb app, not directly to phone.
LOCATION
It takes 10-15 min to the beach, shopping malls are 10min away by walk. Suggest to have a car, but we didn’t had and everything was fine.
All in all, only the good words about this villa!
