great location, very close to the Subway and bus station. highly recommended

From our side everithing was OK, except for the hygiene, one of our banket was very dirt when we came to the apartman. Other thing is that we were waiting for the person that had to give us the keys about one hour, we were in front of building with the bags waiting so long and still we had to pay 20eur for arriving at the apartman after 9 p. m. Other things were okay.

Apartamento tal cual las fotos e incluso mejor ya que tiene todo lo necesario para una estadia en la que cuatro personas quieran alojarse. Todo el equipamiento de electrodomésticosn es nuevo incluso lavarropas y lugar donde secar, la ropa de cama nueva y la decoración excelente. La ubicación ideal para comunicarse a pocas cuadras del metro que comunica en pocos minutos con la zona del puerto, ramblas y paseos en general. El barrio tranquilo y con supermercados y lugares para comer muy cerca. El edificio de apartamentos en general muy silencioso por lo que se puede desccansar muy bien. Finalmente, las felicitaciones al equpo de Stay U-nique que estuvo acompañandonos en todos el proceso desde que hicimos la reserva. Obviamente, lo recomiendo firmemente como huésped.

Nice and clean apartment. We’ve had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. Communication with Daniela our check-in agent and Stay U-Nique was fast, helpfull and very pleasant.

What a great stay in this lovely appartment! You are realy Unique ;) Our plane arrived late (2 a.m.) but still we had a warm smiley welcome from the agent (Robin). We were so suprised with a very personalized note (hand written), sweets and a champagne, wishing us a lovely stay as we were on congress and celebrating our 10th wedding anniversery. This was wery nice touch and it shows quality and care. Communication was great, appartment clean, there is everything you need (from the shower gel, shampoo, to the dishwasher tablets, garbage bags...), fully equiped kitchen, hair drayer, ironing board... Great for us traveling with plane and staying for 5 days only. Apartment has a great location and it is near the metro station, shop, bakery, caffe... The service of Stay U-nique and stay in this appartment contributed nicely to our feeling of holiday and Barcelona. Next time we will book again with you and we have already recomended you to our friends. As a colleague (I also work in an tourist renting agency in Croatia) I can say that you do a great job and just stay like this. Thank you once more for everything. Marina, Mirjana and Mladen
