L’ appartement est très bien situé , près de la segrada familia , de nombreux restaurants , bar …autour de l’appartement , des entrées du métro situées près de l’appartement. Une Supérette en bas de l’immeuble . La localisation est très bien. L’accueil par la personne est ponctuel et très bien. L’appartement est grand . Nous étions 7 et l’espace est parfait même pour une grande famille. L’Équipement est bien avec lave linge , lave vaisselle et sèche linge. Par contre, il ne faut pas regarder dans les détails. l’appartement est plus sombre que sur les photos. Toutes les fenêtres ont vu sur cours ou immeuble . Une fenêtre est cassée . Il y’a des remontées d’odeur d’égout aux niveaux des salles de bains et une salle de bain est très petite. Nous avons dû vider le lave vaisselle laissé par les précédents voyageurs. De plus, 5 dosettes pour 5 jours et un groupe de 7 personnes ç est trop peu.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und die Lage ist auch sehr zentral, zur U-Bahn 5 min Fußweg. Würde es beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.

Absolutely recommend this flat! We had a great stay and everything was just as expected. Just note that the air conditioning is located in the living room.. which is a bit far away from one of the bed rooms which makes it a little hard to cool down the whole flat. The wifi didn’t work on the first day but we got immediately assistance and the problem was taken care of. Otherwise we have nothing to complain. ☺️

My family and I really loved the Airbnb. It's a perfect place for a family of seven. The location is very convenient. A convenience store next door, the Sagrada Familia just less than 5 minutes (walk) away, restaurants, etc. We would definitely book again when we visit Barcelona!

Spacious apartment in a great location. A block from Sagrada Familia but because it's not overlooking the street, the apartment is quiet and relaxed. A couple things to note: - if you are there in the summer, the air conditioning unit can only keep the living room cool - the bedrooms and rest of the flat will be hot. Kitchen is fairly well equipped and the washer and dryer are great - If you have a longer stay, they will require you to pay a deposit outside of Airbnb's platform. If you are not in the EU, you will need to arrange an international wire to get your deposit back.
