No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the property is located in a residential building/area.
There is a penalty of 200€ for smoking, partying and/or damage at the property.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
There will be a fee of 15€ if we have to rearrange your check-in after having waited on the agreed time. Or for each hour that the agent waits for you, if we were not informed about the delays.
City Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona City Tax of 1,10€ per guest above 17 years of age per night, upon arrival to the apartment. To understand the calculations, 3 people staying for 3 nights is 9,9€ (3 x 3 X 1,10 = 9,9).
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
Before leaving please:
• Take out the trash – do not forget to throw the garbage when doing the check-out, if not there is a penalty of 25€.
• Lock all windows and doors.
• Turn off the lights, AC and heating.
• Leave the keys inside the property when you leave. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a minimum charge of 200€ per key depending on the key.

Ganz gute/ günstige Wohnung. Relativ warm, da dies Sonne von drei Seiten darauf scheint und darüber nur das Dach ist.
Man sollte auch nicht zu empfindlich gegenüber Lärm sein ( Fußgängerzone, laute Straßenreinigung morgens).
Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt sehr nah am Meer.
Innenausstattung stammt zum großen Teil aus den 80er/90er, ist okay und die Wohnung ist dafür natürlich auch sehr günstig.

gut, zentral und entspannt. Durch die Lage im Stadtkern ist auch immer ein gewisser Trubel. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Entspannte Kommunikation

This is a super apartment in a super location. The photos and description are very accurate and the amenities of roses are all within easy reach. If you have young family this is a great location to set up base. Very safe beach with 500 metres, playgrounds, restaurants and a multiple of ice cream shops!! Highly recommended of you are considering Roses.
