There is a penalty of 200€ for smoking, partying and/or damage at the property.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
There will be a fee of 15€ if we have to rearrange your check-in after having waited on the agreed time. Or for each hour that the agent waits for you, if we were not informed about the delays.
City Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona City Tax of 1,10€ per guest above 17 years of age per night, upon arrival to the apartment. To understand the calculations, 3 people staying for 3 nights is 9,9€ (3 x 3 X 1,10 = 9,9).
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
Before leaving please:
• Take out the trash – do not forget to throw the garbage when doing the check-out, if not there is a penalty of 25€.
• Lock all windows and doors.
• Turn off the lights, AC and heating.
• Leave the keys inside the property when you leave. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a minimum charge of 200€ per key depending on the key.

très bon séjour , la rue et pas mal bruyante autrement rien à dire tout à proximité plage à 2min à pied super séjour.

Après une arrivée un peu chaotique qui nous a fait perdre une demi-journée, la suite de notre séjour s'est très bien passée.
Les échanges ont été très bien. Réponses très rapides, quand on a des questions.
L'emplacement est top, par contre il faut aimé le bruit.
En toute sincérité je recommande ce logement.
