Great location. Close to metro and bus station. The apartment has everything you may need. Very quiet. My recommendations.

The property is absolutely clean and stylish. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. We loved our stay here and would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Barcelona!

Le logement est sombre car ne reçoit pas la lumière du jour directement et un peu bruyant (l'isolation n'est pas le fort des immeubles Barcelonais). À part cela, le logement était parfait avec une qualité de service remarquable pour un Airbnb. Tout était propre et des échantillons étaient à notre disposition dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Les équipements étaient fidèles à ce qui été indiqué dans l'annonce.

Our stay in the apartment was great, we were 5 persons including a 3 years old girl and the apartment was big enough for us and had everything we needed. Mariano who received us was kind to let us make the check in early because of the luggages. We recommend 100% the stay here.

My daughter and I had a nice stay in this unit. The place was spotless and very clean, which we appreciated! We found the beds to be very comfortable. Everything in the unit seemed to be very new and worked well (a couple items like the oven and TV we had to figure out but we did). It was nice to have a safe in the unit as well. The back bedroom has a comfortable bed, but note that it is very low to the ground and it is very bright at night due to a street light outside the window. So bring a sleep mask if that bothers you. Also the entry door was very dark at night, so you need to use your phone flashlight. This unit doesn't have the spices and previous tenant extra supplies that some other Airbnb units do, so be prepared for that. You can hear the street and neighbor sounds, which can be expected in the city, but the AC/fans in the unit do a good job with white noise. We did wish we could have spent time on the balcony, but it is too small and you just need to open the balcony door. We found the neighborhood shops and cafes to be very enjoyable. Everything you need, including bus and train routes, are within a short walking distance. This was a good home base for our vacation.
