Great location in the heart of the city, next to many great restaurants. The host was very responsive when we needed more toilet paper or amenities. The internet worked well. Would recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic stay in best area of Catalunya Barcelona. The location is superb! You’re in the heart of Catalunya - a block or so away from Catalunya square but the area of the flat is fantastic for practically anything you need. Amazing tapas and eateries close by, shopping & within 20-30 min walk to most of Barcelona’s attractions. The apartment is actually better than the pictures; small but well decorated and super clean. Beds were really comfortable and closet had plenty of storage. We were so happy to see that the kitchen had a microwave versus and oven as we were a group of 3 adults and a 1 year old. Being able to easily reheat food was a plus! The Wifi is pristine! No issues. Fiorella was very responsive and was even able to accommodate dropping our bags off before check-in. We were able to grab food after a plane ride in from Rome. Communication was great both with Fiorella and inside the apartment. The washing machine is a bit tricky if you’re not familiar with Euro washing machines, but a simple internet search and I was able to utilize it nicely. We had one hiccup with a listed amenity, but Fiorella and her team quickly resolved our issue immediately and with great satisfaction. This flat will make you want to move to Barcelona! For the area, you cannot beat the price! Can’t wait to visit again!

The stay was everything I could have hoped for. The location was perfect! Train stations are only a few blocks away. Major Barcelona tourist attractions are nearby, which are walking distance. For example, L’Arc de Triomf, Casa Vicens, Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya can be reached from this location via a 15-30 minute walk. The apartment was clean. All the essential utilities were functioning properly, beds were comfortable and the balcony view of the city is unbelievable. Stay U-Nique’s attention to detail is unrivaled as well. I can’t find anything to complain about. This stay is easily one of the best Airbnbs in Barcelona.

The perfect location in Barcelona. Great views from the balcony. We were near so many great restaurants and luxury stores. Amazing bakery just downstairs. They had the best chocolate croissants! Highly recommend staying here.
