Spacious and modern house completely renovated for 6 people in Figueres.
The house is located in front of the Figueres park, in the historic center and only 3 minutes walk from the Dali museum, the Empordá museum, the boulevard, the fruit market and much more. You have 16 kilometers from Roses beach, Empuriabrava, Canyelles, and many more coves such as Montjoi.
The house has a patio at the entrance to leave the car, upon entering you will find a small hall with a washing machine and dryer room. When climbing the stairs you will find the two rooms, kitchen, dining room, kitchen and terrace. The owner is a famous sculptor, so the house is decorated with his great artistic touch.
In the main room there is a double bed and it has access to a balcony that overlooks the park and in the secondary room you will find two single beds. Both rooms have large windows that allow ventilation and outside light, as well as beautiful views of the city.
The bathroom is very modern and spacious and is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay.
The American style kitchen, living room and dining room share a large, very spacious space, with a large window that allows daylight and plenty of fresh air to enter. The vental gives access to the large terrace, with beautiful views of the city.

This apartment was very delightful to stay at, with a stylish and spacious design, as well as a large patio that was quite pleasant. The neighborhood could be somewhat noisy until late into the night, but with the windows shut the space was perfectly quiet inside. And the location was quite convenient near the Dali museum, a city park just across the street, and numerous nice restaurants and shops.

Bellissima casa , ordinata , pulitissima e arredata con gusto.
Ho apprezzato il tocco artistico del proprietario , la posizione ( vicinissima al museo Dali ) , il Wi-Fi stabile e potente , i kit di pulizia x la casa e i biscotti di benvenuto e tutti gli elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti ( non mancava proprio nulla )
Non c è l’aria condizionata ma ci sono due ventilatori a soffitto (nelle due camere da letto ) che fanno stare al fresco e passare un ottimo soggiorno.
Grazie anche a Moamed per la sua accoglienza simpatica e calorosa.
Consiglio questo posto a tutti quelli che vogliono farsi una bella vacanza a Figueres !!

We had a very pleasant stay here. Lovely sized space and roof terrace was very comfortable for a family of 3 to enjoy cooking and dining together. Very convenient parking place in gated driveway. Very centrally located for town and Dali museum. 30/40 mins drive to a selection of attractive beaches and Calas. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were very good, and definitely needed as the weather was very hot during our stay.

L’appartement est très bien situé et sympa, la déco est très jolie, mais avec le temps il faudra un coup de maintenance.
Les informations sur notre arrivée étaient pas claires du tout... Bon nous y avons quand même passé des très bonnes vacances.

We styed at Enrique’s apartment for a week and it was very nice experience. It’s very bright, spacious and creatively decorated place.
Flat is well equipped by everything you might need (exept some little things for cooking like oil/salt/sugar etc). The terrace is absolutely stunning area for both breakfast or evening aperitif.
It could be very noisy if you sleep with open window, but ceil-fan has solved this problem.
The only sad moment was some fur on carpet, sofa and pillows at living room which obviously was left by previous guests’s pet.
