Casa come me l aspettavo,anzi,dal vivo addirittura meglio,munita di tutto,dalle stoviglie fino alla lavatrice e ferro da stiro....l ho trovata pulita,in ordine e tenuta veramente bene, posizione centralissima (15 minuti a piedi per plaza catalunya),un altra cosa positiva è stato il check in,Camila è stata gentile,cordiale e super precisa.

Super séjour dans cet appartement avec balcon donnant sur une cour intérieure. Appartement bien situé à proximité des transports (bus, métro), des commerces, marché, restaurants. L'appartement est bien équipé, tout est fait pour se sentir comme à l'aise et confortable, à la maison. Je recommande !

Es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. VOLVERIA SIN DUDARLO. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de supermercados, del metro, de bares, de restaurantes.
EXCELENTE! Marcela nos hizo el checkin y fue muy amable, indicándonos todo y con mucha buena onda y predisposición.

The flat is the perfect size for a weekend away. The location couldn’t be better and there is a wine tasting 2 doors down which I highly recommend.
The only negative I would say was there was no full length mirror in the flat.

Sehr ruhige, schöne Wohnung in toller Lage und gutem WLAN. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Kommunikation war super und die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, an kleinen Stellen merkt man dass sie viel genutzt wird, aber sie ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles funktionierte. Wir haben uns sehr über die kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung gefreut, vielen herzlichen Dank für Eure Aufmerksamkeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Overall a very good experience, great location, lovely balcony and very convenient having washer and dryer (bring your own detergent) in the apartment
The Air Conditioning switched off after 2-3 hours and this could not be changed which was disappointing.

This was the perfect Airbnb for our stay. The neighborhood is very cute, full of local restaurants, supermarkets and shops and right by any transportation you’ll need. It’s easy to get to the beach, las ramblas or any other destination you need then being able to go back to this cozy apartment. Stay U-Nique staff are great, very flexible and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was clean, in a quiet neighborhood but you have access to everything you might need. It has elevator which is not very common in Barcelona. It has a very good AC. Shower had a problem which I informed them and hopefully they will fix it for next guest. One if the neighbors was very noisy one night but it’s not apartments fault. Rent is pricey compared to other Airbnbs and hotels but overall I was very happy with my stay and I would recommend it.

Nice quiet apartment in residential building. Plenty of places to dine or get pastries. Couldn't find a gelato place though. Mercados are very nearby for grocery shopping. Didn't use Metro at all, used Hop-on, Hop-off tour bus, about 15-20 minute walk from nearest location.
Apartment is as described, cozy and small, balcony overlooks the rear of the other apartments on the block. Reminds me of WestSide story view.

Wonderful place! On the fourth floor but there is an elevator. Everything we needed including coffee maker, hair dryer, closet space, and safe deposit box. Even had a washer dryer (we didn't need it but it's there if you do). Very responsive hosts. And amazing location!

This was a really nice place. Very clean and updated. It was relatively expensive, but no complaints at all about the space or amenities.
It seems to be managed by a corporation rather than an individual owner so there's a little less flexibility checking in, but the agent we dealt with was great. She gave us good suggestions foor dinner as well

Fantastic stay at this apartment - didn’t think the photos did the space justice! Very comfortable, with everything you need to stay for any amount of time. We stayed for a week and really enjoy it - good location, very quiet flat, and excellent check-in with Roxana, hope to return!

This is an excellent location and a very well equipped space. It is quiet which we appreciated and even has a washing machine if you need to do laundry. The owners think of everything, leaving cookies, laundry soap and even a Barcelona guide book and maps.

The good: Location cannot be any better. EVERYTHING is two steps away. It is really nice to have a TV in the bedroom. The apartment has a lot of little touches that are just very nice, like a small umbrella in case it rains, or a shopping cart to take to the market (which is less than a block away by the way), and the fact that they come to meet you when you check in and show you everything.
The not so good/tips: This is all on me, and it only applies to me and it really has nothing to do with the apartment, or the company that manages it. 1. If you are not familiar with the "capsule" type of coffee maker, make sure you get "Nespresso" capsules at the store; I learned that two boxes of the wrong capsules later. 2. If you are not familiar with a/c that has a dehumidifying function watch the youtube video on it, simple search just use the name of model and watch. Barcelona was very humid while I was there and I did not know about the function, so I kept trying to make the apartment comfortable between heat and cold function. 3. If you are not familiar with the European settings for the washer, watch the youtube video as well. There are different cycles and a few other things/symbols that are different. 4. I could have used a shelf or something like that in the bathroom, there is plenty of drawer space, I just like a shelf or something when there is not so much counter space.

Hola. La estación estuvo bien, la ubicación estuvo perfecta y el piso justo para dos personas con todos los utensilios necesarios pero tengo algunas sugerencias
- debajo del lava platos había una filtración de agua, eso así que te estuviera mojado. también, hay una filtración de agua en la ducha, el baña siempre permanecía con el piso mojado
- la tubería el lavamanos estaba tapado y cada que lo queríamos usar se llenaba hasta el tope y no corría el agua.
