Hat alles gepasst. Zweckmässig eingerichtete schöne Wohnung mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Liegt in einem tollen Quartier und in Gehdistanz zum Meer. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Great place really clean with great location near the beach and close from the metro to be able to transport everywhere in the city, the area is nice area with everything near by including a supermarket across the street, the only bad thing I will say is that in Barcelona overall is so hard to find parking so I don’t recommend to rent a car but use the public transportation, but over all this was a great place to stay we definitely come back to this place.

Wir waren vier Ladys in dem Apartment Stay U-Nique und sind dort für 4 Nächte geblieben.
Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt….ein großer Pluspunkt. Selbst als ich lange nicht antworten konnte, kam eine Freud Leiche Erinnerung an mich. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Und ich habe immer schnelle Rückmeldung auf Fragen erhalten.
Das Einchecken war super easy, es war nicht notwendig, dass jemand dabei ist. Es musste nur das Video kurz angeschaut werden, ein Smarttelefon zu haben und schon waren wir drin.
Die Lage des Apartments war genial. Die Baustelle davor hat unser Aufenthalt weniger gestört, da wir über das Wochenende da waren und wir sowieso uns hauptsächlich draußen aufhielten. Die Betten waren bequem, es gab ausrechend Handtücher.
Die Küche haben wir kaum genutzt.
Der kleine Balkon war angenehm am Morgen kurz zum Aufwachen das Treiben zuzuschauen.
Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut im Stay U-Nique gefallen.
Ein paar Kritikpunkte, die gerne ausgebessert werden können, sind zu einem die Sauberkeit…. (Das war ja auch in andere Bewertungen drin.) Da ist sicherlich etwas Potenzial nach oben möglich. Das Haus ist zwar etwas älter und überall sind die Preise gestiegen, doch für das Geld, was man pro Nacht bezahlt, kann man sich wünschen einen saubereren Boden zu haben. Die Socken/Füße sind schnell schwarz geworden, so dass es sinnvoll ist, drin Schlappen zu haben.
Unappetitlich waren die ganzen Putzmaterialen (Wischer, Staubsauger, irgendein Sportgerät), die in der Ecke neben dem Esstisch und im Bad hinter der Tür standen.
Die Couch, die wir ein Mal zum Füße ausstrecken (bei vier Frauen) ausziehen wollten, hat sich als kaputt gezeigt. Das schreit nach reparieren oder Neukaufen.
Wir haben nicht dort gekocht, doch wenn wir das getan hätten, wäre es schöner eine etwas einladendere Küche zu haben….vielleicht zukunftsorientiert eine Investition wert. In unserem Fall hat es vollkommen ausgereicht.
Wir sind mit vielen guten Erlebnissen aus unserer Reise zurückgereist und alles hat uns bis auf die ‚kleine‘ Kritikpunkte zufrieden aus dem Appartement abreisen lassen. Checkout war genauso unkompliziert und schnell kommuniziert.
Danke nochmals an das Team und dass wir Gäste in diesem Apartment sein konnten.

Appartement très bien équipé. Un emplacement génial : 3min du métro, un Lidl juste en face et un grand centre commercial à 15min à pied.
Un bémol seulement au niveau du voisinage ou plutôt des chiens du voisinage qui ne fait qu’aboyer ce qui n’est pas très agréable en pleine nuit.
