Estoy muy contento tanto por la ubicación como por el acceso automatizado a la estancia, que facilita mucho las cosas si llegas tarde a Barcelona. El interior del apartamento también me gustó mucho. Es una pena, pero no le pongo 5 estrellas porque el suelo de las zonas comunes estaba sucio (todo lo demás, tanto baño como camas, estaba limpio). Si no, las tendría

Good choice for Barcelona! We were a group of 4 and had more than enought space in the apartment.
The downside is that the bathroom kinda smells like sewage sometimes, but I think that is a generall problem in Barcelona.
Also, requesting from your guests (who pay the cleaning fee!!) to wash the dishes and take out the trash (otherwise the guest will be charged extra!) is definitely not ok.

The apartment is very nice and communication with the owner was also without any problems. We were very satisfied. And the location is also great. It's approximately five minutes to the metro station, and narrow streets with tiny shops and small squares are just wonderful. I recommend staying in Grazia:)
The only thing I didn't like was that the neighbors were partying whole Friday and Saturday night, so it can be a bit disturbing for some people.

We had a great stay, the neighbourhood is beautiful and is a great spot for vegans and veggies. The flat was clean and had good air con, with a beautiful roof terrace that we had access to for the duration of our stay. Only downside is that others in the building had party's on the roof terrace on 2 out of 4 nights of our stay, so would recommend some ear plugs.

We stayed in Barcelona for 5 days. Very convenient location, close to transportation and the center, and also near to the best xurros in town! Spacious apartment, very big and clean and the Stay-Unique family was very kind and helpful! We are grateful for the host!
