El apartamento esta ubicado excelente, perfectamente puedes ir caminando a los destinos turísticos favoritos de Barcelona.

Apparentement dans un Cartier vivant mais calme.
Proche de la Sagrada et de petits troqué soù il fait bon manger.
Les 2 salles de bain on était très appreciable vu qu on était 2 familles.
Seul petit hic la communication car si vous n avait pas le tel dernier cris l application ne fonctionne pas du coup les messages d un côté comme de l autre avaient du mal à passer. Ce qui nous a valu 15€ de représentation pour l ouverture de porte. Sans parlé d une messagerie frauduleuse qui c est mis dans la conversation.

Appartement conforme et très agréable. Il est situé dans un cartier très sympa, avec tout à proximité (petits commerces, petits resto et bistro, métro et parking sous-terrain payant et gardé). Nous avons pu facilement visiter Barcelone pendant 3 jours.

Great place to stay, especially with having enough space to welcome all 7 of us. Not only is it a god price and great location with nearby subway stations, but the apartment itself was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with cleaning and apartment amenities, had good wifi and provided helpful hints and resources for getting around Barcelona. This all made our stay even better. We also never had any issue of smell coming from the bathrooms, unlike other reviewers.
Can't recommend Stay U-Nique enough!

The host/agent was good at communicating in a timely manner regarding my concerns. The bedroom next to the living room had an unpleasant smell. I reported my concerns the next day and they were kind of nice to have someone stop by to scrub the bed and bring new bedsheets. I appericate the quick response. Check-out was smooth.

Liebe Maria,
wir (2 Erwachsene und 5 Jugendliche) verbrachten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Barcelona. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ganz in der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte und ein toller Bäcker.
Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso Bushaltestellen und Taxistände.
Die Ankunft war unkompliziert, ein Mitarbeiter war, zu angegebenem Zeitpunkt, vor Ort.
Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, zentral gelegen mit lebhaften Plätzen in der Nähe.

Excellent location, very good value. It’s an old building but the terrace gives u a nice view over Barna. Ideally the host will soon place some diffusors to get rid of the pipe smell.
