너무 만족했습니다.
다음에도 꼭 다시 방문 하고 싶은 숙소 입니다.
테라스가 너무 멋졌지만 생각보다 추운 날씨에 오래 즐기지 못한게 아쉽습니다.
굉장히 프라이빗한 위치에 있어 조용하고 편안한 여행을 할 수 있었습니다

The apartment was very nice. Ideal for couples but the bathroom is in the bedroom… We traveled in January so weather was windy and at night you can hear everything so it was difficult to sleep. We had a problem with shower but host repair it next day.

Comfortable place to stay in Barcelona if you are traveling alone or with your couple. The location is perfect, a few meter from Francesc Macià. If you like to walk, there is no need to use any taxi o public transportation. We walked from the apartment to Berceloneta and back, and several times to Plaça Catalunya.
The space is clean, with a great terrace that is ideal if you travel during the summer.
The price paid is fair with what is offered. I would repeat if I ever need to stay in Barcelona again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Barcelona.
Als wir ankamen waren wir sehr überrascht, wie toll die Unterkunft tatsächlich war.
Das Bad war zwar viel kleiner als erwartet, aber gut, man muss auch Kompromisse eingehen.
Das Highlight war die Terrasse, welche sehr groß war und super ruhig!
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Great location for solo travelers or a couple. Loved that the place was centrally located and easily walkable to get to many of the main areas in Barcelona. Quiet neighborhood was a major plus for me.

This studio is so beautiful. Really homely feel and very well decorated. It almost feels like two rooms. The terrace is also stunning! Great views and feels pretty private from neighbours.

The terrace and location of this apartment were great, highly recommend. Check-in was easy and the apartment was clean and quiet for the whole stay. Only thing to be aware of is the bathroom, which is small and not very private.

Cozy place with an awesome view from a very big terrace. Communication was always fast and respectful. Not really suitable for a „fresh couple“ let’s say as the bathroom is not only quite open but also right behind the bed. Privacy is a little limited because of that. It has a good amount of equipment (kitchen, blankets). A little pricey but that’s probably Barcelona. We can recommend this place! :)

Fijn appartement op een mooie locatie, met een geweldig dakterras. Appartement is klein maar fijn: smaakvol ingericht. Badkamer wel krap en weinig privacy, dus je moet je op je gemak voelen bij je reisgenoot. Buurt ook erg leuk. Centrum per bus snelst te bereiken, metrohalte iets verder lopen. U-nique reageert snel, zouden alleen bij langere boekingen voor iets meer voorzieningen mogen zorgen.

I had a fabulous stay. Everything went very smooth and I couldn’t thank the team enough for always being available when needed. Apartment is so close to every attraction/shop/venues/bars and at the same time it’s a quiet building that respects its tenants. The terrace is so big and welcoming that I spent most of my day working from there, having my coffee in the mornings and quiet evenings with wine. This apartment is a great place for a romantic getaway for couples or for those who traveling on their own. Thanks again for making my visit unforgettable.

Die Wohnung ist sehr charmant und gemütlich. Die Lage ist ruhig und ein wenig abseits der Altstadt,aber man erreicht alles sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und hat alles was man braucht und vor allem für die heißen Tage eine Klimaanlage. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar.

The place is great however you absolutely must have data connection on your phone to get into the apartment. This is not really clear in the materials associated with the apartment.

Nice rooftop balcony in a focal location. For a longer stay, the apartment could have been a bit better equipped with dish washing tablets and other stuff. Otherwise, super nice experience!

Very good communication; fast replies and helpful all the time.
Really got what we expected as read on descriptions and comments. I think it's expensive for what it is but it's a great area of Barcelona. Great for 1 or a couple (that is not too big - bed is quite small for two). Bathroom is literally in the room and pipes smell so...not the best perfume for the room.
Terrace is huge and in Barcelona weather can be really enjoyed.
If you are staying for a long period, make sure to ask to have the necessary supplies for it (toilet paper, kitchen paper, rubish bags, etc.) as we had to buy because we didn't have enough. I felt that there was a lot expected of the client (to leave everything clean, rubbish out when you leave, dishes clean etc.) but we didn't get the same when we arrived so...
Also important: it's the last floor of the building. We had some very windy days and there must be some air going through even if everything is closed because doors wouldn't stop knocking and, therefore, they made it difficult to sleep for light / sensitive sleepers like me...
