Appartamento ben attrezzato e in buone condizioni. Posizione ottima ( vicino alla metropolitana e ai servizi). Raccomandato.

Die Wohnung war toll und sehr schön. Wie haben täglich unser Frühstück im Chill-Bereich genossen.
Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten vor 22 Uhr nicht schlafen, da die Nachbars Kinder die ganze Zeit hin und her gerannt sind. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr laut, also mussten wir immer erst um 23 Uhr ins Bett gehen und teilweise mit Kopfhörer. Dafür können aber Laura und Alex nichts.

It was a comfortable stay. You are quickly on the metro station. Just some points in the apartment, like the terrace/chill area and the room smell a bit.

Great place with everything you need. It’s spacious and has all ammenities you need for a stay. The location was also great. The subway was a 5 minute walk away and there’s an awesome local square across the road with lots of restaurants and a park for kids to play. We felt like we got a great local experience.

Amazing property with loads of bars, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It was super easy to check in, and the hosts were contactable at all times. Good links to public transport with the nearest metro station less than a 10 minute walk away. An incredible apartment which made our stay in Barcelona easy and comfortable.

Es war eine tolle Wohnung, mit allen Extras die man sich auch in der Küche wünschen konnte. Das einzige was ich empfehle, anstelle der Ventilatoren, eine Klimaanlage. Die Kommunikation zwischen dem Gastgeber und uns, hat einwandfrei geklappt.

A lovely, spacious apartment, very close to a nice square with bars and restaurants. Also only a few minutes walk to the Metro, so very easy to get to central Barcelona. We would recommend it.

The place is nice and convenient between two stations and across many restaurants. The communication with the property agents was always fluent and friendly. However, as other reviews have mentioned, you can hear the noise from upstairs, especially in the bedrooms. The mattress was not the best, but I think you can sleep well if you do not have back issues. Other than than, the stay was very relaxing.

Ubicación también aunque es un poco ruidosa. Comentar que los anfitriones son una empresa y toda la comunicación resulta bastante pesada. Cuando reservo por Airbnb espero que Laura y Alex sean dos personas con las que hablar y no una serie de restricciones por las que tienes que pasar si quieres acceder al piso… estaría bien que lo avisaran

Very nice and cool apartment with sufficiently equipped kitchen. Comes with Salt/Pepper and Vingar/Oil. Waterboiler enough to cover 3 people plus hot water for kitchen. Comfy beds. Great yard. Especially for hot days a really cool place.

Logement en excellent état, propre et bien équipé même s’il manque une cafetière pour être parfait.
Le logement est bien situé, à 5min à pied de la station Sainta Eulalia permettant d’être au centre de Barcelone en 20min, il y a également quelques restaurants et bars dans ce quartier très calme.
Le vrai problème du logement est l’isolation phonique inexistante qui est extrêmement préjudiciable quand vous avez des voisins indélicats qui vivent comme en plein jour la nuit. C’est le seul point négatif de ce logement

We booked this place for a three friends trip to Barcelona and it was perfect for our needs!
The flat was spotless clean and had all the amenities for a good stay. The single and double bedroom are cosy, warm and dark so you can have a good night’s rest. The sun terrace is great for your morning coffee and late evening conversations, the living room/open kitchen is large and you can work comfortable (wi fi good too). Modern design overall while also retaining elements of an old Spanish building/flat, so you have a bit of both worlds. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of sounds from the neighbours (mostly in the single bedroom) - might be helpful to have some ear plugs.
They were kind enough to make it possible for my friend to have an earlier check-in which was very helpful!
Even if it’s not in the centre it’s easy accessible by tube and bus in about 30 minutes, also a fast 15 minutes Uber trip to the airport. It’s also surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants and markets so you can easily have a chill evening close to your accommodation (there’s a great 4.7 restaurant just across the street that we recommend).

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Ferienwohnung, die in einem gut angebundenen Viertel Barcelonas liegt. Man braucht zwar 15 Minuten bis in die Stadt, doch gerade mit Kind war es immer eine Wohltat aus dem trubeligen Gewussel der Innenstadt zurück in das Viertel zu kommen. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es auch viele Spielplätze, die wir täglich aufgesucht haben. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele. Gefallen hat uns vor allem der kleine Marktplatz, auf dem das nicht-touristische Leben stattgefunden hat.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell und leicht zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung an sich bietet viel Platz, ist jedoch etwas hellhörig. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und man fühlt sich schnell wohl.
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Check in was super easy with the link they shared.
Location was way better than I thought. There is a square across from the entrance with a ton of really lovely restaurants. And there are supermarkets really close.
Easy to walk to the Fira and a close cab into the city.
Place was clean and just as pictured. A little cold in common areas since only the bedrooms have heaters but it’s an old building so that’s to be expected.

Very clean and tidy :) the only minus is that the sound isolation is very bad, you can hear almost every thing that the upper neighbors are doing, especially in the smaller bedroom. If you are a light sleeper you may have trouble with that. But overall we loved our stay :)

I've just came back from Barcelona and I've spent 4 nights at Laura&Alex's apartment.
The place was as shown in the photos, very clean, it has a lovely design and a little courtyard which offers some intimacy.
It's also a quite spacious place, which for one person was just great!
Also, the apartment is situated just a few minutes away from the metro station in a quiet neighbourhood.
Although the check-in specified time was 3pm, they managed to make it possible for me to have an earlier check-in and that was very helpful!
I've easily checked in through a link which was provided to me, but once I've got in, I could also find the keys on the table.
I really enjoyed my stay at this place and I can recommend it to anyone! I would definitely book again in the future!
