Generally really good stay, easy check-in and check-out, helpful service, great localisation, tidy and well equipped. Maybe not best pick for people with light sleep because of thin ceiling.

Excellent location and value but it can be a bit noisy from the street. The apartment was very clean and there is a nice kitchen. The staff at Stay U-Nique were extremely helpful and friendly.

We are a family of 5 and we stayed in this flat for 2 weeks. It is bright and airy and in a great location!! We had a small problem and the host fixed it right away. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us, but the single bedroom has no windows—it is completely windowless like a closet. The other bedrooms are great and one has a small terrace you can stand out on an enjoy the tree-lined street. The kitchen has ample supplies and is pretty spacious and functional. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you could need located very close!

Appartement très bien placé, à proximité des quartiers historiques de Barcelone avec accès direct au métro.
Quartier un peu bruyant.
L'appartement pourrait être mieux équipé, notamment en terme de vaisselle et couverts pour accueillir confortablement 5 personnes.
Le prix est un peu élevé par rapport à la qualité des prestations.
La communication avec Stay U-nique à été très bonne et l'accès au logement très simple.
