Good place for two couples to stay for a few nights. Apartment was nice and clean. Great location. Private terrace was perfect. Smooth check-in. Only negative would be the requirement to do dishes and leave out rubbish. I thought the €80 cleaning fee would cover that..

I spent an extremely pleasant 5 days at this apartment. The hosts were very organized and responsive. There were a few hiccups that were quickly and completely resolved (e.g., hot water was finicky) and the hosts were very responsive - I was impressed and grateful. The apartment has everything needed for a nice stay and is in a great neighborhood. Guests should note that it's a few flights of stairs up (no elevator), in case mobility is an issue. All in all, a wonderful stay.

My stay at this place was great. There were some hiccups with the automated check in process but the company was able to rectify this through their people on the ground. There are many stairs so please be mindful. Place had everything that you will need.

Great location! Host was fast to respond and attentive. Terrace was a fabulous way to start the day with an espresso or mimosa. If you are traveling with an elderly couple be aware there are a lot of stairs and no elevator.

The balcony is amazing! If a bit cramped (but what isn’t in Spain?) There is AC only in the main room and it really does not reach the bedrooms, but there are fans in each room to help. Kitchen has all major appliances, including an instant espresso maker. Very close to the yellow subway line at the Joanic stop. That was SUPER convenient to most major attractions. Lots of markets and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet, for Barcelona standards!

It was such a beautiful stay, cozy, clean, great location. Just what we needed. We didn’t mind the stairs, that way we burned the delicious food we ate. We will stay again. Thank you Martina.

We had a great time at the Apartment and thias great area! Even the stairs did not bother us to much because the ceilings are not that high and so the 4th floor is manageable even with a two-year-old on your arm. We had a small issue with a broken fan (wich is mandatory in the august-heat ) but the u-Nique-Team took care of it immediatly and was very helpful. We loved our stay.

A great little flat with space for four, and a well equipped kitchen. Our favourite place was a small balcony out front where you can survey life on the street below and also breakfast in privacy. The building is in a nice area and we felt safe coming and going. The four flights of stairs to get to the flat helped us remove some of many calories consumed in Barcelona's brilliant eateries!
