Poble Nou is an upcoming business area which is close to the beach. To reach the city center it will take you a bit of time ( aprox 20 minutes) but staying here will give you the opportunity to enjoy a calm and quiet neighborhood and live like the locals! The Palo Market is right in front of the building which offers you a great second-hand market on Sundays with food trucks and music.
The area is well connected to the rest of the city due to the excellent Barcelona transport systems that comprises of both Metro, Busses and Trams. The Bus station is a few minutes away from the apartment and connects the line B20 and B25 and H10 which brings you to the city center in aprox 20 minutes. Also, the metro station Selva de Mar is a 5 min walk from the apartment, and it connects the line L4 which brings you to the city center in less than 20 minutes!
If you travel to Barcelona by plane you can use the following description coming to the apartment. The fastest way to get to the apartment is by taxi, we can help you book one if needed. You can also come with the Airport shuttle bus to Place Catalunya and after that with metro L4 to the station called Selva de Mar. Then you are very close to the apartment, easy as that!

Great place to stay in Barcelona. Not in the busiest part of town (quieter), but close to the beach. I assume the area is busier in the summer. There is also a city tax that you have to pay before your stay. I assume this applies to all rentals in Barcelona, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand.

The apartment was comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. It has all the necessary appliances for living.
Everything was exactly fulfilled by the owners as we had agreed. Metro nearby, supermarket nearby and the beach too. Great impression!

Nice and cosy apt in poble nou, in front of the Palo Alto foundation.
A good place to stay and enjoy the seaside, at 10 mins by taxi and 15 by metro, it is perfect for small families or a small group of friends.

Wir waren Ende Oktober dort, tolles Wetter, sehr saubere Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, schnell erreichbar von der Metro, schnell zu Fuß zum sauberen Strand. Sehr sichere und schöne Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
