公寓干净整洁，设备齐全，洗衣机，烤箱，微波炉，日常厨具都备齐了，房东回复信息超级快，一切都是很好的体验，唯一就是没有露台，晾晒衣服只能在屋内。

The location in particular is superb. It is very easy to get to everywhere by metro and bus.
There is a very local yet good-value and popular tapas restaurant nearby. The neighborhood is also safe.

The apartment is big and perfect for 4 people. Metro station is 5 mintues away. Supermarket is also nearby. Location is good. But they didn’t provide dishwasher tablets or kitchen kit to clean the dishes or kitchen. Also there is no hand wash in the bathroom. They gave us the kitcen kit after complaining. Apart from that the stay was good.

Great department. One notice – Internet is pretty slow and disconnecting often so if you’re planning to work or do some Internet heavy activities – it will be hard. Otherwise everything was very good.

El piso era tal como promocionado. La atención y comunicación con stay u-nique fue rápida y precisa. El único detalle fueron ruidos por parte de los vecinos los cuales fueron resueltos al comunicarlos a la empresa quienes lo resolvieron rápidamente.
