The apartment has one double, master bedroom, also one single bedroom with plenty of privacy and storage space and a sofa bed in the living room for up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms have name brand linens, soft lighting and contemporary artwork. The windows are really big and provide you with an enormous amount of light to start your day off right. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

The neighbourhood
Overview
Sant Andreu may not be one of Barcelona's most famous neighbourhoods, but its traditional and village-like feel give it something that you don't find elsewhere in the city. Walk among the area's impressive churches and Modernista houses to get a feel for the city's rich architecture. Walk further into the neighbourhood and you'll find cobble streets, bakeries, cafés, and even the repurposed factory of Fabra i Coats which is now an arts and cultural centre.

Getting around
To get to the apartment from the airport you can easily take a taxi which will take you about 50 minutes door to door! Also, you can take the airport shuttle bus to Placa Catalunya and from there it will only take you 20 minutes to reach the metro stop Fabra Puig which is right next to the apartment!
The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from Fabra i Puig metro station, on the L1 line which is just a 15 minute ride from the centre of the city.

A pretty nice appartment close to the metro with plenty of stores nearby. The description was accurate and all the equipment like dishwasher, microwave etc. was there. The walls are quite thin and sometimes there's a lot of noise from other parts of the building and from the street. The floor could use some more vacuuming and they could provide more toilet paper and dishwasher tablets for longer bookings, but overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

It was a nice apartment and I enjoyed my stay here but it had a few problems for the price. Firstly the shower holder was broken which I feel isn’t good for the price we paid. Another issue was that there are outside shutters which make a lot of noise when the neighbours shut them. We were given the wrong room number but was able to revolve after I called on arrival. Other than these things the apartment was nice, clean, comfortable and convenient. It’s on a main road so a little noisy but it’s great for cafes and finding places to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. Check-in was easy and flawless; the location is close to public transport, and there are plenty of grocery stores around. Of course, several things could be improved - we reported them to the owners and, most likely, everything will be fixed soon. Our most significant complaint was the absence of window blinds, as the current curtains are faint and street lights could be very bright at night.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The communication with Stay U Nique was easy, and when we reported that the safe was not working they sent someone to fix it the same day. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby and it is easy to go by metro to the city centre of Barcelona from the apartment. This takes appr. 15-20 minutes.

Pretty modernized apartment in Barcelona. Trains within walking distance to touristy areas of city. Unfortunately towels were dirty and also apartment was missing laundry detergent, dishwash soap and garbage bags. Host was pretty responsive to ameliorate these issues but for the cost of the stay, was hoping for less of these sorts of issues.

Really nice flat with everything that you need. Accurate with the pics and descriptions. Will consider book it again when I visit Barcelona next time. (A really nice Spanish restaurant downstairs, literally better than any other popular restaurants we went)

We spent a few wonderful days in Barcelona, a beautiful city. Our stay was very good. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Those from Stay Unique were always prompt and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment is well located, close to the metro, a supermarket 10 meters away, terraces, shops. The sofa in the living room is comfortable, and also the other two beds. We had all the comfort we wanted Thank you very much! for everything!
