Gràcia is mainly a normal residential area, meaning you will be living among locals and with real, authentic restaurants, cafés and shops, instead of the more touristic aimed souvenir shops and restaurants in other parts of the city.
The modern and luminous apartment is situated in the centre of Barcelona which makes sightseeing super easy.
The area around the apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city due to the excellent transport systems that comprises of both Metro, Busses and Trams. The nearest metro stations are Joanic (L4) and Sagrada Familia (L2, L5). Arriving from the airport is simple and easy to do, gaining an aerobus ticket from the airport will give you the option to get into the city and then onto the metro services which will drop you off near the apartment. The first step of the process is to gain the ticket, this can be done online or on the bus, the bus stations will be visible as soon as you exit the airport, the bus will go to Plaça de Catalunya, from here you will need to get on the L4 Metro station at Trinitat Nova, after 3 stops and getting off at Joanic, you will be a 5 minute walk away from the apartment.

Everything was OK, flat was clean, check in was smooth, communication was also easy. It is a great flat for a bigger group or family.

Clean, has an elevator, and is close enough to the sagrada familia that you can walk there, catch a cab or hop on the metro. The restaurant downstairs is also great! The room with the bunk beds is very small and i would say is only suitable for kids but you can always remove the mattresses and put them in the living room. There's only one shower so it was a bit tight, but worked for what we needed. If you split between a group its very affordable per night for Barcelona!

Beautiful place, extremely comfortable, plenty of space for large groups. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and the small touches made us feel extremely welcomed. We even received a bottle of wine for my cousin's birthday from Maria and the team, we highly recommend the apartment and would love to stay at the apartment again the next time we visit Barcelona.

L'appartement est joli, bien placé au calme dans un quartier tout proche de la sagrada familia et bien desservi mais peu equipé niveau vaisselle et il y avait beaucoup de saletés sous les canapés
