The neighborhood
More information
Eixample is mainly a normal residential area, meaning you will be living among locals and with real, authentic restaurants, cafés and shops, instead of the more touristic aimed souvenir shops and restaurants in other parts of the city.
The apartment is in the middle of the center and walking distance to pretty much everywhere. Take a cup of coffee of one of the many places around, walk to casa Batlo to check out one of Gaudi's finest works. And end the night in one of the many tapas places at Rambla de Catalunya.
The area is calm and quiet at night, so it is very suitable for children families or others who like their holiday to be quiet and calm :). Furthermore, it is a very safe location.
Getting around:
It only takes you 15 min to walk to Placa Catalunya and the well-known luxurious Passeig de Gracia. Everything in Barcelona is well connected because of the public transport.
The area around the apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city due to the excellent transport systems that comprises of both Metro, Busses and Trams.
The nearest metro stations are Urgell (L2) and Universitat (L1,L2)

This is a great location,the apartment is very big,and well equipped,every room has its own air conditioning,lots towels supply,check in is fine,but you do need internet to open the door the first time,but everything went smoothly,it has a elevator,so make it easy to carry luggage upstairs,although we have some little issues,the hallway light doesn’t work,the microwave doesn’t heat up food,the balcony door can not lock,but they responded very quickly,and tried to fix it,there is something you need to know is can not mss as me noise ,and the faucet in one of the bathroom will wet you cloth if you are not open it slowly,and one of the bedroom smells badly because it stored cleaning stuff beside it,wise they can fix all the issues I reported before the next guest,I would greatly recommend this place for a big group visiting Barcelona

Mi familia recomienda la ubicación de este hospedaje. El transporte queda muy cerca y es conveniente. Además, el apartamento es tan lindo como la foto.
El único disgusto que tuvimos, fue el proceso administrativo, es decir, como huéspedes tuvimos que ingresar a la página de hacienda y hacer todo el trámite nosotros mismos para los impuestos . Sí nos dieron instrucciones y ofrecieron ayuda, sin embargo, sería más cómodo dar el monto al hospedador y que realize el trámite.
