The Eixample area surrounds the Sagrada Familia neighborhood and is characterized by the enigmatic perfect "grid" when seen from above. (Google it! It looks beautiful on photos). Eixample is mainly a normal residential area, meaning you will be experiencing the live of locals with authentic restaurants and shops.
This stay is very suitable for families with children or other's who like to be able to return to a calm, safe and quiet home.
Also, the apartment is located right next to a little playground which allows your to take your kids outside and let them enjoy the city to its fullest!
The area is well connected to the rest of the city due to the excellent Barcelona transport systems that comprises of both Metro, Busses and Trams. The Bus station is a minute away from the apartment and connects the line 192 and V25. Also, the metro station is 5 min walk from the apartment, connects the line L1
As mentioned before, the apartment comes with a parking spot so coming by car is not a problem at all!
If you travel to Barcelona by plane you can use the following description coming to the apartment. The fastest way to get to the apartment is by taxi, we can help you book one if needed. You can also come with the Airport shuttle bus to Place Catalunya and after that with metro L1 to the station called Clot. Then you are very close to the apartment, easy as that!

Very well situated, close to a couple of metro lines and walking distance to the major attractions. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. You can find nice restoraunts and a lot of supermarkets close to the appartment.
Appartment is spacey, for my family of 4 was perfect. It has everything what is necessary for a pleasent stay.
I would recommend it for a stay in Barcelona

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, un appartement propre et fonctionnel, lumineux, proche du métro.
La literie est confortable, le linge de maison de qualité.
Le parking est très appréciable, mais prévoir une petite voiture.
Petit bémol : le bruit le soir en bas de l’immeuble (calme vers 23h).

Appartamento spazioso, abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone senza fatica. Al nostro arrivo l'abbiamo trovato pulito e all'interno c'è tutto l'occorrente per poter cucinare. La zona è comoda per arrivare in vari punti della città data la vicinanza a due linee della metro, ma anche a piedi si arriva in fretta alla Sagrada Familia. Ben fornita anche a livello di servizi, e soprattutto zona poco rumorosa. Abbiamo anche usufruito del parcheggio, con posizione ottima e stallo appena giusto per una station wagon, ma c'è spazio per fare manovra.

Schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen friedlichen Gegend. Die bis zum Boden reichenden Fenster im Schlafzimmer sind toll. Die Gegend ruhig und sicher. Der Parkplatz ist nur für sehr kleine Autos oder sehr gute Auto Parker. Der Check In ist für Airbnb Verhältnisse sehr kompliziert. Die Verhaltensregeln extrem. Dennoch war es eine super Wohnung und eine tolle Zeit.
