This stunning Barcelona apartment features four bedrooms for up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the two other have two single beds. The windows are really big and provide you an enormous amount of light to start your day off right. Every bedroom has name brand linens, soft lighting and nice decoration. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

Carrer Arago is located in the Eixample neighborhood. Seen from above Eixample is structured as a grid so finding your way through the area is easy!
As soon as you leave your apartment you will find yourself surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores.
Only a 15 min walk away you can admire the beauty of La Sagrada Familia. Go and enjoy the sun in the nearby Parc de la Ciutadella take a picnic with you to consume in the park.
The luxurious shopping street Passeig the Gracia is only a 10 min walk away. Here you can visit other masterpieces by Gaudí such as Casa Batlló.
Getting around:
It is very easy to get around in the metropolitan Barcelona as the city offers on of the best public transport systems. Your apartment is located close to the metrostops: Verdaguer (L4&L5) and Girona (L4).
When traveling to Barcelona by plane you can either book a taxi which we can reserve for you (just contact us in advance) or make use of public transport. You can take the train R2N until Passeig de Gracia and then you are at 8 min by walk from the apartment.

Me and my friends had such a great stay at Maria’s flat, it was spacious and in a good location and great value for money. Perfect for a group holiday, and has a great balcony to sit on in the mornings. It is up quite a few stairs, but that wasn’t a problem for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great and the host Stay U-Nique was super fast and responding and communicating with us. The place wasn’t the cleanest. We found some trash under the rug and the floors were kinda dirty. Definitely could have used a mopping. Washer didn’t work for us so we had to hang dry all our clothes. The apartment is located up 4 flights of stairs. It might not sound like a lot but it’s pretty rough going up the stairs. We only had one key that worked for the front door and the apartment door which was inconvenient. Check in was amazing as was the location. Literally blocks away La Sagrada Familia. Water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. AC works good. Lots of clean towels. Overall we really enjoyed the apartment and would recommend it if your okay with going up sooo many stairs.

The apartment was exactly as described and was fantastic for our group of 6. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Barcelona! Recommend this to everyone!
