The Neighborhood
The apartment is on Carrer Rossello in the heart of Eixample in the middle of Barcelona City. This means that you literally have everything (almost!) within walking distance, and what you do not can be reached by public transport easily. The Eixample area distinguishes itself because of its unique geometrical grid pattern meant as an extension of the historic old town. This enabled it to flourish in the 19th century, hence the current architecture. You will be able to admire the works of great architects like Gaudí and Josep Puig. However beyond its glorious architecture, this safe residential area has a very vibrant nightlife and culinary scene. Other main attractions include Magic Fountain Show and Montjuic, the green city mountain. Not to forget, the Jardins de Montserrat, just around the corner, where you can go have a walk and enjoy the view. For the football fans, Camp Nou Stadium is only a 15 minute metro ride away.

Getting Around
Due to this apartments location, with amongst others a metro stop on just the next corner, means that it is very well connected. You can walk to most things, Las Ramblas, Passeig de Gracia, Casa Battló, Casa Mila, Gracia, etc, and those that are a bit further away can be easily accessed by the efficient Barcelona Public Transit systems.

If you travel to Barcelona by plane you can use the following description coming to the apartment. The fastest way to get to the apartment is by taxi, we can help you book one if needed. You can also come with the Airport shuttle bus to Place Catalunya and after that with metro L6 or L7 to Provenca station. Then you are very close to the apartment, easy as that!

The apartment is exactly as described. Walk a few short blocks and your in a beautiful shopping and restaurant area. The metro is right outside the front door. It was easy to get to tourists sites. I would rent this apartment again when I’m coming back to Barcelona.

Logement propre et bien placé. Comme indiqué dans les commentaires, il y a un bar en dessous mais les vitres sont en double vitrage donc nous n’avons pas trop été gêné par le bruit. Communication parfaite pour récupérer les clefs (même si une boîte à clef resterait plus pratique….)

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for 3 guests (especially the 3 bathrooms). It was pretty clean and It’s well equipped. It’s located very conveniently- on a main street but very quiet inside. It’s not in the middle of the busy city center which is nice, but walking distance, and you have everything you need around you. check in was very smooth. Overall a great stay! :)

Un lugar perfecto ubicado en el mejor barrio de Barcelona, con todos comercios en la misma manzana, a dos pasos de la rambla. Apartamento muy bien equipado, muy silencioso (gracias al doble vitraje) y cómodo para dos parejas. Volveremos sin lugar a duda

Functional flat, very well located to visit everywhere in Barcelona. Really practical to have a break between visits. Friendly and usefull welcome. Very professional but not a warmy apartment. It will accomodate a family of four or even two couples. Do not hesitate to reserve it for its commodities as it also will give you the oportunity to have a rest in the restaurants in the area. K&J
