Fuimos de tenerife a Barcelona a ver un partido del Barsa y está realmente cerca. Fuimos al estadio caminando todos los días de hospedaje. También está realmente cerca de la parada de metro y podíamos recorrer Barcelona y siempre llegar cerca de casa.
La limpieza es excelente.
Podría decir que nos faltó la explicación de los horarios de los radiadores. Pensábamos que no funcionaban y fuimos a comprar uno y en verdad los enchufes tenían un horario establecido. No es recomendable estar en el apartamento sin radiadores en pleno invierno.

사진 및 설명과 일치했으며, 처음에 열쇠를 전달해주신 분도 친절히 잘 응대해 주셨습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 직접들고 좁은계단을 오르는 것이 조금은 힘들었지만, 가격대비 훌륭한 숙소라는 것은 분명합니다.
전에 숙박했던 곳들은 석회성분이 조리도구들에 남아있었는데, 이 곳이서는 거의 찾아보기 힘들었습니다. 신경써서 식기 및 조리도구를 관리하고 있는 듯 했습니다. 이 점도 참 좋았습니다.

Cet appartement est très fonctionnel.
vous êtes à 2mn à pied du métro colblanc ligne 5.
Vous êtes à 15mn de la place catalane, de la place d'Espagne, du quartier gothique, de Las remblas, de la Sagrada familia.
il est donc très central.
Nous avons pris le pass 72h via l'application Tickets qui comprenait les transports, la Sagrada familia , le Park Guell et les audio-guides.
attention le pass transport est à retirer à la place de catalogne via l'office de tourisme.
des supermercados au pied de l'appartement qui disposent de tout ce que vous avez besoin.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Barcelone.

O apartamento fica a algumas quadras do estádio do Barcelona, é possível ir caminhando. A estação de metrô fica perto e leva ao centro da cidade, assim como ao aeroporto. O apartamento estava bem limpo e era exatamente como nas fotos. A estadia nele foi excelente l.

Humberto is a very helpful host.
I remember that during our stay the toilet flushing wasn’t working. Then we contacted Humberto about that who told us right away that they will fix it. I really appreciate it!
The apartment is clean, tidy and comfortable. There are cafe shops, grocery store nearby which is pretty convenient for you to get something from. 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station - Collblanc. From airport T2 to apartment only gonna take you 30mins by metro. We enjoyed so much staying at Humberto’s place!

Appartement propre et bien équipé, station de métro à 2 mins et parking payant à proximité. Le hôte et toute l’équipe est toujours à l’écoute et répondent vite. On a bien profité de notre séjour en famille merci beaucoup.

Everything was cool, the apartment was clean and neat. And we had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. The communication went smoothly. The only thing that could be better described is the apartment's hood. For someone like me who was never before in Barcelona, it would be helpful to understand better the surroundings. Although it's just half an hour from the city center, still it looks and feels more like a suburban area than the city itself. The window view in that sense was also not really glamourous.

La disposición de los anfitriones es excelente, son muy cordiales, diligentes y responden en tiempo récord con disposición a resolver las inquietudes solicitadas. El apartamento esta en muy buena ubicación, respecto a transporte público para trasladarse a cualquier parte de la ciudad y facilidades de alimentación, también es muy completo en cuanto a utensilios de una casa. Quedé muy satisfecho con los servicios de los anfitriones{

L'appartement est très chouette, l'emplacement super non loin du métro, dans un quartier très animé avec de bons petits restaurants et des magasins très sympas. Tout est à proximité avec le métro. Si nous revenons à Barcelone, nous reviendrons là.

The flat is clean and nice. Everything was very clear and very well organized. We liked to have the metro close. We were a family with 2 kids. The flat could be a bit noisy as usual in Barelona but the place is quiet.

The place is well equipped and very local. While the neighborhood is not centric, the subway will take you to the city center in around 20 minutes which is quite useful.

This apartment is cute and quaint. A little smaller than other places we stayed but it still did the trick. The location is walking distance to food, markets and the metro. I will say this area seems to have a lot more locals and an older crowd. The host met us on site and provided a cute welcome gift of snacks. It has a fridge but it is mini. We fit an 8 pack of beer with some fruits and veggies in the drawer. They provided a brita water filter which was a nice touch. The walls are pretty thin and I could hear the neighbors hanging out on a Saturday being a little loud but the noise stopped around midnight. Overall, there are more desirable locations then this area but I’m a pinch I would stay here again

Apartment has a great location, outside of crowded of tourists city center but still only 20 min to go there by underground. 30 min to the airport. The flat is a bit dark and it is comfortable for 3 People max.
Communication was perfect. Value for money is quite good.

excellent location! very clean. Check in was easy and I liked the flat. however, the walls are very thin so you can hear everyone around and above you moving around. even though you are required to be quiet after 10pm, the neighbors are not. also the floor is freezing cold so make sure you bring slippers! otherwise everything else was good.
